Processing Times

Orders generally ship in 1-2 business days, and may ship the same day if the items are in stock and the order is placed prior to 2:00 p.m. EST. We cannot guarantee your order will ship the same day, regardless of the shipping method you select. We will make every effort to send out your order as quickly as possible, however, part or all of your order may be delayed due to item availability or seasonal backlog.

Please note that the first day FedEx picks up your order from our warehouse does not count towards an estimated business day for shipping calculations. On the first day, the package is only picked up and brought to a local FedEx facility for sorting.

Our warehouse is open and processes orders Monday – Friday 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. EST. Any orders placed on Saturday or Sunday are fulfilled on the following Monday. Our warehouse does close for select holidays throughout the year. These closures may slightly delay order fulfillment.


Special Delivery Requests

You must contact FedEx directly to make any unusual delivery requests you may have. Click the tracking link once your order ships and you have your tracking number. On the tracking page, select the purple “Customize Delivery” button. You will then have the choice to either Provide Delivery Instructions (free) or Hold at a Location (free), which can be your neighborhood Walgreens, Albertsons, or Kroger. To make these requests or modifications, it might be necessary for you to create a free FedEx Delivery Manager account. To modify your order’s address, get in touch with the Metabolic Web Store at sales@slimittoday.com. Please be aware that FedEx charges an address-based fee.


Address Accuracy

Please confirm that the shipping address you provided at purchase checkout is correct. FedEx and the Metabolic Web Store assume no liability for packages delivered to addresses that customers intentionally or unintentionally submit erroneously. After placing your order, you should carefully check the invoice that was emailed to you. Changes to an order’s address made while it is being shipped by FedEx will incur a surcharge.


International Shipping

We can currently take orders and send them both domestically (USA) and internationally. We can now additionally ship to the state of California. Kindly contact sales@slimittoday.com if you need help placing an order with CA.
